Calories Out: 1073 (Walk, Elliptical, Bike, StairMaster)
Work days are not very exciting (to me they can be but to others - I find telling people about my work puts them to sleep). I did walk the fitness trail in the early afternoon. Unfortunately My dress shirt changes color when wet and it was humid. Hid out in my cube with a fan until the shirt returned to normal color. There was cake at work. I had a big piece of Strawberry Shortcake. My calories are probably high - I guessed high on the cake. I worked out this evening - got home late and now thinking about sleep. One more day of this and I'll slack off through the holiday.

    I could never do the things you do. I do good just tracking my food and walking. I used weights the other day and my arms, shoulders and upper chest have been soooo muscle sore since.

TODAY: Bummer of a day. Had to work while girls and Mom had a great time at Hershey Park. Life is sometimes so unfair! I did get a really good workout in this evening - 1200 calorie workout!

TODAY: Quiet day where I basically did nothing. I ate within my calorie range, bought more fresh fruit and no cookies and played blackjack with family. Hope everyone enjoyed this weekend and looking forward to the upcoming holiday weekend.

    You've got your goal all laid out step by step. You WILL do great. I have not doubt!
congrats for staying in calorie range. Cookies aren't a problem for me. It's peanut butter. If I ever had to give it up, I'd be done.

TODAY: Ate okay but not great. Work picnic. Yesterday - buffet on the road (road trip with Dad and twins to NRA National Firearm Museum). Walked for an hour at park (3.3mph). Yesterday - installed a new dishwasher with wife (she is the handy one). We did okay it seems - dishwasher is running and no water is leaking out.

    I have had laptop problems lately and using the old monster that runs slow, so I haven't done a lot on SP these past couple of days. Now, trying to adjust to my new laptop tonight... so, just saw your newest Mission! Cool!

My goals are much less specific... the first being that I get to a weight that can be meaasured by my own scale at home (350). LOL (It's a 30 min drive each way to go to my dr's to weigh myself.)

Then there are other areas I want to experience again... clipping my own toenails, not using the handicapped bathrooms everywhere because they're easier to fit in,etc., etc...

I suppose that I need to be more specific at somepoint!

Anyway! You're an encouragement to me!
