I ate again today. Probably a 1000 calories in veggies and fruit and that is a lot of veggies and fruits!! Chicken for dinner, Oatmeal for breakfast. Smart One dessert thing for dessert.
STRENGTH TRAINING!!!! I used the white machines at work except for 2. One was too scary and the other too hard to figure out. The other 11 machines were mastered. Two intimidating types started working out when I was so I took a break from the machines and did the elliptical for a while. They left and I finished.
I am proud of myself. I am motivated, driven and focused. I am also one day closer to the "Happy Dance" video.
