Rookie Runner Training Program: Completed Week 1!!! On to Week 2 Day 1 Saturday!
Quiet day at work on this very nice Spring day. I came home and played catch with my twins while waiting for dinner. Deborah made cabbage, potatoes, carrots and lean ham. I had my elfin shortcake (elfin cookies, strawberries & cool whip lite). I know the cookies and cool whip are not good choices.
I spent way too much time on SparkPeople today. Like I said it was a quiet day.
Twins are hyper - Mom is letting them buy mp3 songs but Mom is looking at the lyrics first.
Oh yeah - I thought I was having corn beef so I entered today's weight into SparkPeople this morning figuring the salt would mess up tomorrow's reading. I have officially lost 50 pounds thanks to SparkPeople bringing out something in me that I did not think I had in me.
