I ended the old year with grand ideas on how I wanted to improve myself this year. I have started doing a couple things, but there are a few things that I haven't gotten to yet that I really want to incorporate into each day. I vow to continue to take baby steps, finish the projects I have started, and continue to add something on my goal list as I can. By the end of the month, I will be more in the habit of doing these things. I think it is time to take a suggestion I read and make myself a calendar/chart. Then I can list the things I want to become habits and check them off as I do them. If I miss a day, I can start over the next day. The saying that it take 21 days for something to become habit keeps running through my head. Some of the things that I want to do were once habits, and knowing that has me aggravated with myself for getting out of those habits. But, I will get there.
