Even if you are retired, or work part-time, or are a stay-at-home Mom (which I feel is more than a Full-time job), or work full-time or more, I am sure that you love time-saving ideas. There is nothing I love more than a one dish, start it in the morning and get to smell the good smells all day, meal that will be ready when the dinner hour strikes, meal!!! I tried Chef Meg's Slow Cooker Provencal Chicken dinner Tuesday, and loved it. Everything you need is in the Crock Pot.......Chicken, Red and Yellow peppers, Canellini Beans, and Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Oregano, and Garlic. What a great combination!!! The only thing I added was Italian Bread. I would highly recommend it.
