I so have the exercise thing down-pat. I have been walking for my health for 8.5 years now and have logged almost 250 miles this year already. If only the food habit were as easy to modify. Up, down, up, down with my weight. But this is my year to attain my goals! I can and will succeed! 190 by May 28... I am doing this for ME because I am worth it!!
