I have been working out like a fiend lately. I've run over 6 miles this week and walked another 5. Thursday I did a workout I saw on The Biggest Loser. I got a deck of cards. Diamonds were 30 seconds on the treadmill, clubs were squat presses, spades were lunges and hearts were push-ups. Face cards were worth 10 and aces 11. I would draw a card and do that number of whatever exercise I drew. I made it through the whole deck and it was an awesome workout.
