WW points system

I went to Weight Watchers in 2007 and I'm going to try on my own to keep up with the points as I have all the material from that time. Hope to lose 10% of my body weight by the end of May, 12 weeks. That's 15 lbs for me. Will try hard!!! Will keep up with Spark tho as I enjoy it tremendously.

  I did WW on my own a few years back and lost 43 pounds total and have kept it off since 2007.. You should be able to lose the 15 lbs by May if you stick to it.. Just keep the motto of "Nothing Tastes as being thin feels"

  Good luck on your weight loss. I'm considering rejoining WW to increase my accountability. I've lost 30 pounds and seem stuck here because I'm not as good as I need to be.

Down a little more

Now I lost .6 for last week and that makes 2.5 for the month. If I lose .5 more that will be my 3 lb goal for this month. I am going to join Weight Watchers this week but I do plan on keeping up with my Spark People stuff.

Pretty page

I changed my spark page to this pretty pink color yesterday. It was a gold color which was ok but I much prefer this color. It makes me think of spring which is on my mind a lot these days. We have had a pretty snowy winter for Asheville, NC this year and it's also been unseasonably cold. But hang in there spark people as spring is just around the corner. Have a good day and think positive thoughts. Also, have a good weekend.

    I like the color! I too cannot wait for spring. Yesterday we got a glimpse of things to come. A beautiful clear blue sky and the temperature was a bit warmer. Not much but still warmer than it has been.

I'm trying to have a more positive outlook now. Sometimes I slip, but I am making progress.

Resisting

Resisting hot chocolate this morning. I went ahead and made a buddy and me a cup of Swiss Miss. But i'v only taken a couple of sips. I think I will set it aside until tomorrow morning.
