I drink two or three cups of coffee first thing in the morning. Then I alternate coffee and water and work up to just water by 11:00 a.m. One of the first things I do on Spark Points is spin the wheel and report water. I only include clear water in my count, not coffee or any other drinks. I limit my sodas to one or two every other week or so. Not many at all. This has been one of my "good" healthy habits I've developed since starting SparkPeople. Hang in there.
