What a feeling.

Being not so full of food, tired from exercise and a general "feel good" feeling can really make you want to keep on until you reach your goals. I've really been doing what I'm supposed to do and it does feel good. I know my fellow Sparkers share this feeling with me. So, let's keep on keeping on. Those goals are reachable. Keep Sparking.

What I Should think of me

What you think of yourself goes a long way toward being the one you want to be. I am learning the way to be good to myself is to view my good traits in a very positive light and not let not so good traits keep me down. I tend to be one of the "creatures of habit". This helps me do things in a timely manner. I make lists and check things off to accomplish my tasks for the day. At the end of the day, I look back and give myself a pat on the back for having accomplished so much in one day. And sometimes, even if there's not much on my list, I can take satisfaction in knowing I got them done. Happy Sparking.

Out of routine

Don't lose sight of the goal

IF not careful, I can lose sight of the goal I have set to be at a healthier weight by July. If I can do 1 lb to 1.5 lb per week I think I can keep my goal in sight and be able to see the weight I want to be by then. This is not my final figure but It's a lot closer to my where I need to be by the end of the year. I know weight loss will slow down but I'm working hard to keep the momentum going. Plus the season for salad, fruits and veggies is here so that will help a lot. Plus, grilling out healthymeats and veggies. SO, these are all pluses. And don't forget swimming! Keep Sparking.
