Lost 2.8. It would have been better if I hadn't gained 1.2 the last week.
I see my previous blog was in 2009 --far too long ago!
Have had to make some modifications but prefer the resistance band to the fitball. Losing weight, even if not as quickly as I would like.
My goal is to lose a pound a week and to become more toned.
For the very first time since I started losing weight someone commented today. Is everyone I know super polite or do I still look the same as I did when I weighed 21 pounds more???
