On the other...well, could have been worse. I did pretty good through the day. Light breakfast, good lunch, dinner went well. Had a Fiber One bar for an afternoon snack. Everything worked out so I would have enough calories left to have some animal crackers with my evening cup of Raspberry Leaf tea and still stay in range. Then I realized I forgot to include the margarine I had on the rice at dinner. Can't not record it. Pretending I didn't eat something won't stop the calories from attaching themselves to my backside. Hmm...I could skip the animal crackers, but I've really been looking forward to those crackers all day. I mean I've really been looking forward to them. Okay, you guessed it...I had my animal crackers. Those 13 little critter crunchie munchies put me over my calorie count by 89 calories. Like I said earlier, could have been worse...much worse. I could have eaten the plate of sugar cookies my brother left in the kitchen. Tomorrow is another day. I will do better.
I did do better today...much better. I had 3 good meals and my snacks were sensible (I tried the blueberry Special K Fruit Crisps and picked up some baby carrots. Yummy.). The end result was today ended with about 32 calories to spare. I'm happy.
