Day 1 Insanity Workout

Over the holidays i gained 10 lbs and currently i have lost 4.5 lbs. my goal is to kick up my workouts a notch and i believe that i have begun to achieve that. i did the plyometric cardio circuit today. omg! i sweated more in 30 minutes than an hour on any taebo workout and those are great workouts.

emoticon Keep your eye on the prize! my original goal was to get down to 120. when i tell friends that i weigh 148 they are shocked because i look smaller than that. i guess muscle does weigh more than fat. i complete five cardio sessions each week averaging 1 1/2 hours and i complete four strength training sessions each week averaging 1 hour. i am currently working on my abs and my legs. can't wait for ski season. it can get real exciting when you know you look good and feel good.
