Great news, my calves don't hurt as much!

And walking to the bathroom on my tip toes at work has helped to stretch them out during the day.

The daily battle of what to order for lunch is about to begin, and making up a shopping list for the week when your hungry isn't such a hot idea.

Going to have an apple and stretch at my desk, then see what is awaiting my attention today.

So i've just started, today is going to be day 3.

My calves are killing me.

My shoulders are starting to feel the burn.

But it's ok. It's twenty minutes of exercise, ten minutes of warm up and warm down, tand then half an hour either in the shower downing water, or sitting on the bathroom mat drying of and remembering how to breathe.

So all in all, it's one hour a day to make a change.
Am i Obese? No.

Am I facing health problems because of my weight? No.

Am I unhappy with my weight? Yes.

I'm making this change because I don't want to cringe any more when I see myself in photographs.

I'm making this change because I don't want my 'Fat arm" to be the reason i chose certain clothes.

The time has come to stop putting on a few pounds each year, and start taking them off again.

Let's hope my resolve sticks to day four!

So I pulled my back last week after Squash and Yoga and my workout, routine, and everything else has come to a grinding halt.

It's difficult to exercise when you are injured, and extrememly difficult to motivate yourself to exercise when you have such a fabulous excuse not to.

But that is the key isn't it? It's an excuse.

So on that note, I'm going for a walk on the beach. As that is a great excuse to enjoy myself, get fresh air, and exercise all at once!

Reclamation of my Waist

So I just started making dresses.

I'm a big fan of DIY and am a photographer, I love creating things, making things, bringing your imagination to life.

So Project Runway got me inspired and I started making a dress and finished it, a beautiful green and print maxi dress.

I'm onto my next one, which will be a silk maxi dress, and am already planning my next one in imitation and reverence of Marchesa. However, after taking my measurements, I realised I have no waist, which is a problem for Marchesa dresses.
So thank you Georgina Chapman for creating beautiful dresses as you have inspired this goal, to reclaim my waist!
