Sometimes the weight does not come off like you want it too. I know some will say so you lost 35 lbs in almost 4months that's a big achievement! I am steadily losing, though this week it is at a standstill. Yesterday I went to the gym and they took my measurements for a program I am participating in that started 6 weeks ago, well I've lost 9% of my body fat. I have noticed a bit of a difference in my clothes, have more energy. Exercise has always been hard for me even when I was thin, looking at my spark streaks I realized I have exercised consitantly at least 3x week(some weeks a lot more) for 9 weeks . I actually look forward to going to the gym these days!
