4 weeks today until we leave for Mexico!
Goal - 180
Start weight 194.5
General diet outline-
wake up 7:15
get kids to school...
breakfast -8 am- cold cereal & skim milk ( mini wheats with flax seed sprinkled on top)
treadmill 9:30- 20 - 30 minutes - drink water (1 litre bottle)
lunch - veggie soup & yougert
3 o'clock snack - orange /apple/fruit of some sort/ carrots and dip (dip = fat free sour cream with "Uncle Dans" ranch powder mixed in...yum!)
Supper- before 6pm- stirfry 3 times a week- salad at every meal, meat 3 times a week max.
let kids make fat free pudding for dessert .
***No eating after 6:30 pm except water/ or tea.****
