HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO 170'S!!!!

Yea!!!! I finally dropped into the 170's. I just jumped on the scale Saturday morning after breakfast which I never do and to my surprise, I was in the 170's! So so happy!!!! I started just eating the best I could for how busy I was and got exercise in and took my focus off the scale and it happened!!!

I also feel confident about my Tae Kwon Do testing on Friday that I am moving up to Orange Belt!!!

Just Keep Going!

Ok, I am still in the 180's. Had a great nutrition week and awesome fitness week. Only one day did I go over calorie intake and only by 200 cals. I completed this week of fitness:


Sunday-2.25 mile run-DONE
Monday-20 min on stair machine & 30 min on bike-DONE
Tuesday-Tae Kwon Do and grocery shopping and 2 mile run-DONE
Wednesday- 20 min on stair machine & 30 min on bike-DONE
Thursday-Tae Kwon Do-DONE
Friday-1.5 mile run-DONE
Saturday-off

Here is what I'm going to do.......JUST KEEP GOING! I will tweak nutrition and switch up fitness but I'm going to keep going and take focus off the weight and focus on how good everything I'm doing makes me feel. I have lost some inches so maybe my body is shedding inches rather than pounds right now. Several people have commented on how good I'm looking so its all good.

I will let it be and quick talking about! I will let SP know when that day hits that I arrive at my temporary home of 170's:-)

Oh Lordy still in the 180's

Oh my goodness I'm so ready to get to the 170's. My week got so busy last week that I couldn't make it to Tae Kwon Do two times. I did get a run in and managed to workout about 4 times last week. Did not eat so great. They catered in food for our photo shoot and I succumbed to cheesecake and pizza:-(

It's time to tweak and clean up nutrition! Off to a good start this week.

Sunday-2.25 mile run-DONE
Monday-20 min on stair machine & 30 min on bike-DONE
Tuesday-Tae Kwon Do and grocery shopping and 2 mile run-DONE
Wednesday- 20 min on stair machine & 30 min on bike-DONE

    My body decides to stop dropping weight for a few weeks every time I'm about to drop a tens place. The worst was when I sat at 202.5 for over 3 weeks. But then I finally start dropping again. It's happened every time.

You will get to the 170s!!! I hope the scale and your body cooperate with you soon.

My body likes the 180's!

My body likes being in the 180's for some reason but I'm so ready to venture into the 170's! I've been in the 180's for way too long! Granted I moved into my first home and went on vacation but I'm still maintaining my working out and know I could clean up nutrition a bit.

I'm dangling at 180 lbs and so so ready to call 170's home for a short time until the next move.

I'm going to get there! My goal for the week is to be 179 lbs or less. Here is my plan of attack:-)

Sunday-3.75 mile run-DONE
Monday-OFF

Wednesday-2 mile run
