Sometimes life throws you things you are not prepared to deal with. Excessive stress at work, unneeded drama with friends, or a teenager that has just realized her voice can be used to talk back! And when you tend to stress eat, those little unexpected things really throw you in a whirlwind. With that being said, I have backslid. I haven't gained the whole 40 pounds back, only about 15, but unless I get a jump on it, I will gain it all back. So, instead of feeling guily at every SparkPeople email I recieve, I am going to embrace the positive tips and encouragement and get back on track. I will use other tactics to deal with my 'friends' who cause drama and I will take meditation time to deal with work stress. My health is much more important than these things that I allow to affect me.
