I said I was going to go to the gym, but I didnt make it. And now its 9 pm and too late to start anything.
At least I made a healthy dinner (chicken breast, escarole and I successfully stopped myself at ONE SMALL baked potato) with plenty of leftovers for tomorrow and reincarnation* for the rest of the week. I'm having a hankering** for lentils and there are some tasty looking lentil/spinach/curry things on the SparkRecipes.
*I cant eat the same thing all week, but I can reinvent my leftovers into new forms: enchiladas, soup, potpie, etc.
**Unless you are pregnant, you cant have cravings. You have hankerings.
