I seem to be on track

I am into more regular exercise (swimming) and my goal is to do it at least 4 days per week. I find that if I plan ahead, I can eat properly. Not necessarily hitting ALLmy nutrient goals, but staying within the calorie range. Very excited today about a short 2 hour drive to Tampa to visit with my daughter who is in town on business. YAHOO!!
Does anyone else have a scale that can vary 4 POUNDS a day? Frustrating!

    My scale does! And it seems to say I'm a little heavier first thing in the morning then at night..the opposite of the norm.

It's hard, but just try to limit yourself to weighing in once a week at the same time of day. That way, the fluctuations of weight won't have you second guessing yourself!

End of first week and I have lost 2 pounds. emoticon

My goal is 1 a week, so this is good, in spite of my one big OOPS yesterday (swiss chocolate almond waffle cone!)

Off work today so I can get in some exercise.

    I am having trouble with the exercise part of my program! I did 15 minutes of swimming several days ago and haven't done anything since! No really good excuse-in fact no excuse at all! Just haven't done it. Maybe tomorrow will be the day.
