Today I went back and read my goals for the challenge. I have done very well on my activity. For the most part I have done 20 minutes or more ( usually a lot more ) 5 - 6 days a week. I work very hard to stay in my range for calories, protein, fat, carbs and fiber and below 2300 sodium. I am hoping to reach my ultimate ( healthy weight ) goal off 144 by the end of this round. So far I have lost 4.6 and have 6 more to go. I must say I'm not very optimistic that it will happen this time but I will keep going and who knows maybe my body will start reacting to all the hard work I'm putting in. I have tried to get to this goal several times but always quit before I reached it. This is the closest I've been in a long time. I am happy where I am now and that is the most important thing. 6 more weeks 6 lbs to go... It can be done!
