what i have been up to

sorry for not making a blog before now. i am bad for not remembering to make a blog. i have been going to the gym and when i cant go to the gym i do some small work outs at home. i have gotten my child doing yoga. i am able to run 1km with no problems so i am happy about that. my child and i go on 6km bike rides at a time. so i am doing really good.

If you read my last blog you will know I don't have a bike but today I got to use my moms bike and went for a bike ride just a short ride but it is a good start to my trainning. I am also signing up for a spinning class that will also help my trainning. I thought I could do the spinng class then try to run a few laps around the gym to get use to biking then running afterwrd. Does that sound like a good plan? The last thing I want to do is hurt myself. When I am at the gym tomorrow I will also find out when is lane swim is so that I can work on my swimming skills.

triathlon

I plan to sign up for a triathlon. I wont be able to do it this year there isn't time for me to train. I will be training all year and signing up next year to do it. I plan to post my training on here and post how I did. the one thing I need to get is a new bike my old one broke so I will get that as soon as I can. the triathlon is 1 km swimming (need to work on that) and 27 km of biking (need new bike and to really work on that) and 8km of running ( I can maybe run 1km now). so I will really need to train big time. I know my boyfriend and other friends and family will help me as much as they can.

    Cheering you on! Once, in my early 40s, I set a goal to train for and complete (notice I didn't say compete!) in a half-marathon. I went from running 3-4 miles to being able to complete the required 13 miles. For me, reaching the goal was enough. It's a good feeling to know we can train our bodies to accomplish something so big!

ok so I thought I was 145lbs but it turns out I am 155lbs ok so it sucks but oh well I will have to push through. this up coming Sunday I will no longer have a job but I am ok with that gives me more time with my family and with my goals.

i am proud of myself because i didn't take a sticky bun. (looked so yummy) and i did go for a walk and i plan to go for a light jog after i post this blog so that is what i did today
