Don't know about you, but I never expected to be able to say I had been to the gym for cardio 3 whole weeks in a row!!!!!! Throughout my life, I have been consistantly inconsistant!!! This is an exercise is sticking to SOMETHING!!! SO, at least it's something good for my body!!
Here's the scoop, nutrition is ok. Not great, but not bad.
Fitness is another story! I did my 45 minutes on the treadmill! Clocked an average of a 20 minute mile the first 35 minutes....did my strength (b/c there was no time to do it yesterday) then averaged 19.42 minute mile on the last 10 minutes!!!!!! It's killing me, but at the same time, it's getting slightly easier....does that make any sense?!
Here's what I don't understand....Now I won't weigh again till August 18 which will be a month from my last weigh-in. Doing this b/c i want to give my body as much time possible to drop a pound or 2. I was going to weigh once a week, but when I saw a gain from one week to the next, it made me not want to look at that scale till it said something I more wanted to see!! Make sense? This has always been a stumbling block on my many attempts to lose weight as it looks like nothing is working and I'll lose heart and give up before I give it enough time to really see anything happen! This time it's got to be and is going to be different! Hence, the monthly weigh in. So anybody know why the dumb ole gain last week? It was nearly 2 pounds! Could it be as simple as water retention or some such thing?
Anyway, thanks for reading ans keeping me on track! You know, some would think that the farther I go, the less help I'll need, but not so. I need all the help I can get ALWAYS!!!

This really seems unreal to me that I made it 20 days! So, it'll be 3 weeks tomorrow! Can hardly believe it!! Got my car back (sort of). At least I think I can use it by Monday as DH will probably have to use it over the weekend, between actually working and then changing his equipment from the old one into this one!!!
Anyway, DD and I got to the gym around 7;05 this evening and got done and out 2 minutes til close!! Didn't get to try the cross-trainer due to lack of time, but I'll try it again some day. Maybe tomorrow!
Nutrition has been fine. Had tomato sandwich and had a few dried prunes (don't turn up your collective noses, either...they're good!!) So, I know it's not enough in that department, but it beats none all to pieces!!!
ONce again , I thank you all for reading and encouraging me to keep this up b/c one day, it's (the weight) just gonna be gone!!! My glutes and quads are letting me know that something is happening for sure!! I don't look any smaller, but I feel more compact! That may not make sense, but.....there it is.
