I got on the scale this morning and it says I'm down 2.2lbs since two days ago. Don't get this post wrong, I'm not being sarcastic, self-depreciative, or boastful. I am really perplexed!!!!!
I've been monitoring my weight for a 5 week period every other day or so and the most that I have lost in one WEEK is MAYBE 2lbs....so to be down 2.2lbs in 2 DAYS seems wrong. I've been pretty constant and with the eating right and exercising so I can't see any reason why there would be a sudden drop like that, unless that's my body suddenly adjusting 5 weeks in.
The only other thing I can think of is that I woke up 3 hours later than the usual today and its lost water weight after going to the bathroom a few times in the middle of the night.
I weigh in for my challenge today and I want the weight to be accurate. I appreciate the loss, however if its just water weight and i'm going to regain it on the scale for next week, I'd rather not take the drop like that.
