The last two weeks I have noticed that I started the first half of the week really weel. Meeting my caloric intake at the minimum level and not going over. However towards the end of the week, with the stress and all the other things going on, I've been going over what I should be eating.
I'm not sure if any one else has this problem. If so, how do you avoid it?
I might try to stock up on fruits and veggies mid-week and see if it makes a difference.
Despite the exhaustion, I am still going to get on my treadmill here in a moment. I am not going to push as hard as usual but I will stick with my goals.
