My TRUE motivation to lose weight:
-Be a good role model to my family.
-Be proud of my body.
I've been MIA from blogging for the last few days. I've worked straight since last monday. Saturday evening my friend and his girlfriend came over after work and then I worked for a few hours Sunday. After the long week, I decided just to give myself permission to take some time off. My head has also been pounding this entire weekend.
I cleaned the house but I also lounged around and watched movies with Cameron after taking a nap. Then I went to bed early. I also snacked on some cookie dough! *Sigh* it was nice. :) Though I wasn't exercising, I still made sure to keep within my calorie range, so the cookie dough didn't put me over any, although not nutritious.
Any ways, I was back to the grind today. I worked out on the treadmill after work.
-My arms actually looked like they lost weight.
-I could really tell my weight loss in my face.
-overall, my body looks/feels lighter.
Things I'm thankful for:
Movie time with Cameron this week (and tonight!)
Randy got home safe from his trip.
A relaxing weekend, despite having to work every day.
My headache has finally left me!
