Being home has been nice, but has thrown me off my routine. Which has led to some eating that I didn't plan on. *Sigh* I've been beating myself up over it too. I've broken all my rules: I've weighed myself every day, I've beaten myself up, AHHH. LOL. Any ways, I am shaking my own self and telling myself to get over it and move on.
I'm still losing weight, I'm still living a healthier lifestyle, and I am happier. That is all that matters. :)
My plan today is to keep busy and clean up around my house. That should definitely increase my fitness minutes.
I still have one more family thanksgiving to go (thankfully its Sunday, after weigh in). Then I travel for work Monday-Thursday. Then saturday we have our work's Christmas party. *Sigh* This is going to be a rough month or two. But I will get through it.
Things I'm proud of:
Still losing weight.
Setting a good example for my family.
Things I'm thankful for:
Drinking a nice cup of coffee and being able to blog.
My cat for waking me up at 7am this morning, because apparently he knew I needed a jump start to my Saturday... :-p
My Mother in law for randomly stopping by whenever she wants; it motivated me to stay on the treadmill last night despite feeling really unmotivated initially. :)
