A couple of weeks ago I was considering a new workout... Turbo Jam? Zumba?
Well... my daughter wanted to do the Brazil Butt Lift..
and so that's the one we got. It just came in today and we are ready to get it started!
I'm still going to be doing the 28 Day Bootcamp as well as Samba Reggae and my exercise bike ...
I took measurements today. So far not much change. 1.25 inches gone from my waist, but I increased a half inch in the hips (perhaps it was a measuring mishap before??) no change anywhere else. My weight is up by 2.5 lbs right now, too. Don't get that.... I have been doing wonderful on everything: eating has been spot on, exercise has been daily with no misses and water has been 8 or more glasses per day. So I reckon I'm gonna blame t.o.m. :/
First, I rode my e-bike for 25 min.
Then I got in the Day 5 workout. It was the Cardio Sculpt again with the weights. I like working with the weights. :) (22 min w/warm up & cool down)
Right after that I did about 13 min of Samba Reggae cardio dance.
Then I rode the e bike again for 20 min.
It was a heckuva workout day for me... AND... I got my very first 500 monthly minutes award.
Still doing well with the shakes. I've been mixing the shake mix in a blender with Silk Very Vanilla Soy-milk, a little ice and a flavoring.... Today I added a tsp of peanut butter for lunch, very good. For dinner I added a few pumps of Davlinci Gourmet Sugar Free Coconut Syrup... that was absolutely delicious! I have mixed it with the chocolate silk as well and that's probably my favorite. I also have almond milk and coconut milk to use... just haven't yet.
I had planned snacks today, but forgot to eat them. Yep... for real.
Gonna eat my evening snack while I watch a movie later tonight.
