Well, I totally blew it this last week or so of May. I fell off the wagon big time and just sat in the road for a few days. :/ Not good. Don't wanna weigh, not even to get a June 1 "where I'm at" start. I even blew my terrific water and vitamins streak I had going. ... dangit!... So, I'm revamping for June.
I have a lot going on in June in that my daughter is turning 17 and having major surgery. I'm not going to let dieting or my weight stress me out. I just don't have time for that.
I like WW, but decided not to stay on the WW site. I just don't want to keep paying for it. My last day is June 11th. I have the books and a PointsPlus calculator, so I can still do the plan... and will.
June will have to definitely be one day at a time. Which is how I'm going to plan it out...
Wednesday, June 1 - work day, court day, Will stick to WW diet and my daily allowance of 33 pts. I will exercise for at least 15 minutes, drink at least 64 oz of water, take my vitamins. >Did all except the exercise.
Thursday, June 2 - work day, stick to WW 33 pts, 15 minutes exercise, 64 oz water, vitamins. >Went over on points and did no exercise.
Friday, June 3 - day off! Going to pick up Melanie from Girl's State! It's very hard to stick to WW 33 pts when we're in town all day and all food is "fast". I will carry my WW restaurant book and hopefully be able to make good choices. I'm also going to drink 64 oz water, take my vitamins and try to get in 15 minutes of exercise. >Went over on pts, no exercise other than shopping.
Saturday, June 4 - I'm hoping we can get the pool put up today! All that work will be exercise enough for me. I also plan to stay with 33 WW pts, 64+ oz water, and vitamins. Youngest daughter's friend is spending the night, I'm thinking it would be a good night for tacos. Can I stay within those 33 pts with TACOS??? > I ate way too much but got in a lot of water and exercise! Pool will go up tomorrow I hope!
Sunday, June 5 - church day! I plan on it being a lazy day with sunshine, outdoors and maybe hamburgers on the grill. Swimming if the pool is ready... which is one of my favorite forms of exercise. Again ... 64+ oz water, vitamins and sticking with WW 33 pts. >Hubs said our ox was in a ditch where the pool is concerned, so we didn't go to church... we did get the pool up and it's filling now. Looks like there's a leak in a seam :/ no sure yet. I'm drinking a ton of water and got in a lot of exercise working on the pool again, but eating a lot, too.
Monday, June 6 - day off! however, laundry NEEDS to be caught up on. So a day of laundry, sunshine and swimming I hope. :) + 64 oz water, vitamins and 33 WW pts.
Tuesday, June 7th - long work day. 64 oz water, vitamins, 33 WW pts, 15+ min of any exercise.
Wednesday, June 8th - work day. 64 oz water, vitamins, 33 WW pts, 15+ min of any exercise.
Thursday, June 9th - same as June 8th
Friday, June 10th - off day! Preparing for Melanie's surgery, packing bags, that night probably letting her have friends over. Her birthday is Sunday and surgery is Tuesday, so the rest of the summer will be healing. If we go out to eat, WW is out the window. will stick with 64 oz water, vitamins, and for today... 30+ minutes of exercise (swimming I hope!)
Saturday, June 11th - more packing & preparing, 64 oz water, vitamins, 33 WW pts, 30+ min of any exercise (swimming?!)
Sunday, June 12th - Happy 17th Birthday to Melanie! also church day. Out to eat again possibly and so WW is once again out the window. but the rest can stay in check: 64 oz water, vitamins, 30+ min of any exercise (swimming?!)
Monday, June 13th - no plans to stress myself over food, water or anything else. Today is the day we take Melanie to the hospital for their pre-op tests, registering, etc... also a doc appt this afternoon. We'll be staying at the Ronald McDonald house.
Tuesday, June 14th - surgery day. My only focus will be on Melanie for the next several days. I will eat as good as I can by making the best choices I can given what's available and time. I'm not going to worry about exercise or food or vitamins at all... I can get in the water by just drinking water only.
Wednesday - Saturday, June 15th - 18th - days spent in the hospital.
Sunday, June 19th - perhaps coming home today, that would make it a really HAPPY Father's Day!
Monday, June 20th - continuing to focus on making Melanie as comfortable as possible. At home I'll be able to get back to something a little more regular: 64 oz water, vitamins, 33 WW pts, 15+ min of any exercise (swimming?!)
Tuesday - Friday, June 21st - 22th - same.
Thursday, June 23rd - this is hubs and mine 25th anniversary! I doubt we'll do anything other than out to eat to celebrate, IF that. I really don't want to leave Melanie alone, yet. But Happy Anniversary to us. :)
Friday, June 24th - gonna keep trying ... 64 oz water, vitamins, 33 WW pts, 15+ min of any exercise (swimming?!)
Saturday, June 25th - same... plus helping Melanie work up to walking a mile a day. I will be with her. Doc wants her walking a mile a day by the end of the first week home. We'll see. 64 oz water, vitamins, 33 WW pts, 30+ min of any exercise (walking)
Sunday - Thursday - June 26th - 30th - same.
then on to July.
