Had court today (I'm a clerk) and that was over with quick (yay!) then back to the office for the after court work... lunch was a delicious meal cooked by our mayor. Pot roast and all the fixins. I did well. :)
Dinner was sweet potatoes and chicken thighs and spinach... yummy!
Got my workouts in again. Oldest daughter did the hula with me . :)
I found out a couple things when working the video... 1. my arm are weak. I could barely do the circles! and 2. I can't hardly do the pushups at all. I'm hoping by the end of this month to be able to actually do a few, not just a couple, rest, couple, rest... LOL!

W1/D2 (Mon) video- done! 30+ min cardio - done! 45+ min total exercise
W1/D3 (Tue) video- done! 30+ min cardio - done! 45+ min total exercise

At the risk of boring several people... I'm planning on a daily blog about my workouts and day in general. I'm thinking it's one way of being held accountable... and I need that. Anyways, on a good note, they will usually be quite short. :)
So, today the video was a no crunch abs workout... and that 10 minutes nearly got the best of me! I am so out of shape! At the end of this I'm going back to do that one again, and hopefully kick it's butt instead of it kicking mine!
I also did my cardio of choice: Island Girl Dance Fitness Workout Cardio Hula
IT ROCKS! I love the moves and it really works up a sweat. I have 4 dvd's total, all Island Girl Dance Fitness Workouts, so I have plenty to keep me busy for a while as I learn them and begin getting in better shape.

btw, yesterday I was in a bad funk... I am feeling much better today! Thank you all who prayed for me, wished me well, and sent good thoughts my way!

Today is day 1 of the Spring into Shape bootcamp. I surprisingly did the video workout for today in spite of myself. Cardio will be Mon-Fri and that's when the hula dancing comes in. I might do a little today, tho... maybe, just cause I like it.

**sigh** Not to be a bummer or anything, but... I'm in need of prayers. I had a really bad morning, I'm an emotional wreck right now. Could be hormones, but it doesn't matter, I feel horrible and have fallen into the negative self-talk mode. This is hard to admit. I journaled my feelings, but that just came out as more negativity. I feel like so much is spiraling out of control. I know things will get better, but right now I feel so depressed.
Anyhow, I'm planning on a good week exercise and diet wise at least.

This week began with me using every one of my extra weekly points in one day: Easter. So the rest of the week was a bit of a struggle. I ended up going over by a few. However, I still lost a pound and that is at least a step in the right direction!
I have grand plans for May... better adherence to the plan and... adding in some exercise! I would like to see another 10-15 pounds gone by June 1.
