I had put my first goal accomplishment on my status line... but then thought, I should blog about it!
Yep, 28.5 lbs down from my high weight back in November 2012. I didn't really sink my teeth into my new eating plans and exercising until May 1st... did lots of try and fails over and over again over the last few months... with little success, yes, but that bouncing up and down the scales is so depressing.
I don't know what made it click, really... it just did. I've been on an UP mood this whole time... looking to be sexy again, looking to feel great again... visulaizing myself at goal... (Wooo! I look good! LOL!) j/k
anyhow, whatever it is I am ON PURPOSE keeping it. :) I'm not letting this motivation go!
One thing I can say I've been doing... instead of eating, I'm listening to music. New music, old music... I'm loving it. I have always loved music... but there is so much good music out there that I have just been ignoring. No more. :) So when I feel like walking to the fridge... I put on some tunes and dance! :)
