I have made my target weight, plus som!. Losing a total of 104 pounds. Now the task of maintaining my healthy weight. I am recovering from emergency brain surgery in October. While I am permitted to do up to an hour/day of elliptical traing, I am not allowed to lift weights. Both cardio and resistance training (usually 2 hours per day) have been a critial part of my weight loss journey. I AM determined to maintain my weight and 11 % body fat.
