I have been on SP for a month now and am motivated as ever to keep working hard to met my weight loss and fitness goals. I must say it is not easy to live a healthy lifestyle. It is worth it and I am important enough to make the necessary changes. I have really started to make healthy choices and think about what I am putting in my month. I have started to run (on a treadmill for now) because I have signed up for a 5K in October (Susan G. Komen Houston). I feel great, want to improve my lifestyle and even have made my husband change some of his habits. This is not easy, but I am better today than I was 30 days ago!
