So I am just posting to make sure that I stay on track and so that people don't think I have given up already. It couldn't be further from the truth. I have been going to the gym, trying to eat properly and actually seeing results.
According to my scale I have lost more weight that what my tracker says but I am not to going to log it till Saturday which is my official weigh in day. I am scared that what it says will just disappear and I will be left whimpering from false hope.lol
I finally broke that stupid 224 lb. plateau that I kept hitting. I would get to 224 and then go back up repeatedly. Today I broke through it and am down to 222. lb. I am scared to death though that tomorrow when I get on the scale I will be back up to 225lb or more some how.
I haven't gotten any exercise in yet but I do have the Wii balance board batteries charging and once my dinner settles I plan to rectify the situation. I think that I will get some stepping in and then maybe break out the Just Dance 2 and see what I can do with that.
I can only hope that with the break in the plateau that I can drop another 20 or so lbs before the next one hits.lol
Well I didn't go to the gym this morning. I woke up this morning feeling like I had been run over from the cold I have caught. I instead slept in till my lil dog sat on my head to wake me up. Apparently it was his way of saying time to take me for a walk.
Now that the walk is over I am sitting down to a bowl of Cheerios with a sliced banana in it. Not a bad way to keep off my food for the day I think. For lunch I am thinking a salad and then for dinner I am thinking some Campbell's Chunky Chicken Noodle Soup. Will have to figure a couple of snacks in so I don't binge on junk food at my store.
I think too that just because I missed the gym doesn't mean I won't get in some exercise. I will hop on the Wii for at least 30 minutes and get SOMETHING in. Something is better than nothing.lol
Ok enough for now. As usual I will post later tonight with what really happened.lol
I didn't get in the second portion of my exercise but I did keep to the food that I had plugged in so I am happy.
So far today has been a GOOD day! I have not eaten much but that is ok. I tend to eat more in the evening so I will make sure to plan accordingly. Lots of small snacking foods might help.
I went to the gym this morning. I did an 65 minutes of cardio and knocked off 572 in calories. I do love the human hamster wheel. I keep thinking about getting one for the days I don't make it to the gym. I also did the red light therapy. I don't know how much it's really doing for me but it sure is fun.lol
On a side note. I am not loosing weight like I had mentioned. I HAVE noticed that I am not so jiggly anymore. I guess that is a blessing in it's self. I just wish the weight would come off.lol
Ok got to start getting ready for work. Will post my battle of wills with it after I get home tonight.
I did finish this last night cause I was busy with other things before I fell out but I did ok. I changed a few things around and did great on somethings not so well on others but I am happy with it none the less.
I was a bad girl yesterday and today. I didn't exercise and I my salt intake was through the roof cause of the Chinese food I ate. In the space of a day I manage to gain back 2.6 lbs from pure water weight alone I am betting. Sooo here I am with my water bottle beside me filled with water this time around. Earlier today it was cold herbal minted tea (decaffeinated).
I am hoping that between the my water intake and the exercises I am hoping to get in tonight will reduce my water retention. I guess the scales will tell in a couple of days.
