I have been sloughing off lately,
need to get back into the zone,
Figure one way to do that is to
keep my goals in the front of my
mind, so am planning to review daily.
March goals: (actual)
Cal: 1200-1550 Daily goal: 1500 (1531)
3 freggies per day (5)
Fiber: 30g per day (39)
Avg blood sugar for month: 150 (taken from meter)
Fitness miles: 15 mi per month
Fitness min: 500min
Steps: 2500 per day 5 days per week (3100+)
Steps: 60, 000 +
Treadmill: 20 min 5 days per week (done)
Lying hamstring curls: 50-5 days per week (done)
Ball crunches: 50-5 days per week (done)
Wall push-ups: 25-5 days per week (done)
Additional strength training:
Dumbbell shrugs 3lbs 2x10 (3/10 3lbs)
Dumbbell hammer curls 3lbs 2x10 (3/10 3lbs)
Dumbbell side bends 3lbs 2x10 (3/10 3lbs)
Calf raises (3/10)
Weight loss: 1.5 pounds per week, 6 lbs for the month

Sleep: 8 hours per day, hopefully 11:30-7:30am (both done)

PSS: I was sooo hungry, I got a
cheese and breadstick snack, so
I am over almost 100 cal. Will try
to use my calories more wisely

Well, I am back on track, 5 pounds too late.
However, I am still at my 1 pound per week goal,
so I will be satisfied with it and go on from here.
Exercised 3 days so far this week, only 10 min
yesterday because of knee pain. Charting food,
drinking my water, need to work with teams more.

I have fallen off the wagon !!
But, I am hopping back on right now!
Ate out several times in the last few days, that
really messes with my calorie counting, getting
my exercise done, and keeping my weight down.
I will weigh-in on Monday, see how much damage
I have done, but I will also get back on my program!
This is my first step, making my confession and
then getting back on my turtle!
