Well I'm finding other ways to get the steps and exercise in. Aside from the two to three hours of strenuous work (actually get up a good sweat while working not to mention 7k steps) in the morning. Walked down to the pool and did some laps there while cooling down today then went for a 10 minute walk after since i was wet the heat was not so bad. For dinner made Turkey kabobs with turkey chunks, sweet onions, pineapple and mushrooms. It was really good and on mime I put a red sweet pepper.
