Well my first week down with the new job and I like it. Lots of moving around this week so a lot of chances to keep steps up. Hope this continues. Did not get walk in today but will use this as my day off for the week and walk Sat and Sun instead. Trying to go from breakfast at 2:15v am to 11 or 11:30 am for next meal is challenging somedays. Feels kinda good to be hungry for an hour or so though most times. Still tracking my food intake for the most part, Well good night all.
