Trying to get back into the blog thing again. Getting my steps in for the days but eating is still been better. All I have learned and I still eat the wrong things. Know that I'm kidding myself but still feeling pretty good so not sure. Well Bella will be out of the bath soon so better go, She's a handful bet we haven't seen her for a while so it's a real treat.

Well the past few days have been bad eating and no real exercise. My leg is feeling better but not going to rush getting back out there walking. Will wait for monday and start slow this time.

Kinnda needing a boost. I have to take a few days off from walking and those who know me know this is not a good thing. Last week I stubbed my toe being in a hurry and that must have changed my gait while walking. Consequently put pressure on a different part of my chin and causing it to overwork. The problem is now I have a chin splint on my left leg and it;s pretty painful when I'm on it for any length of time or exert it. Icing it helps and staying off it during the mornings seems to help I hope. I've been thinking lately how lucky I have been not to have any problems like this. Then this happens. Not real happy right now and not sure what to do.

    So sorry to hear about your set back. emoticon Try to work on upper body exercises if you can do cardio. Anything is better than nothing. Even though you can't walk make sure you get outside to get some sun and fresh air. Your body is also used to that and its even easier to get depressed without that Vitamin D from the sunlight. Hope you'll be better soon emoticon

How to get back on train?

Made a promise to myself today that I would get back on the train and not eat junk food. Well that did not happen and tomorrow IS another day. Will work harder at it. Good night

    I was feeling good about staying on the healthy foods. Last night I feel into a bag of tootsie rolls. Ugh! What did I do? Just like you I am thinking another day and I will do better. Let me know how it does for you. Keep smiling sunshine.

Not a good day

Well day started out poorly with walk shortened because chin muscle acting up. Must have over done it on Thursday. Hoping with today and tomorrow it will be ok come Monday. The rest of day was off due to eating the wrong things. Went to a Mardi Gras party and had the Jambalaya and gumbo small bowl of each.
