Well today should be my friday but I've been asked to fill in tomorrow night and then I'm scheduled to work new years eve as well. Guess no rest for the truly wicked this week. had a good walk this morning. Funny thing happened while walking this morning. I was almost done with my walk when I passed two other men who I usually see every morning. They asked me "kinda cold this morning" I responded "not to bad right now was really cold when I came out a started my walk." Well I get home and it's actually 1 degree colder than when I started my walk. Felt really balmy to me after about 1 hour and ten minutes. food wise also not to bad a day had a few poor choices while working but oh well weight still coming off though.

Well the last one of these this year. Ran my butt off tonight. Had a good day got my walk in all 5 miles. Must have walked another 4 tonight easily. Will be glad to get to the new year through all the candies laying around. I know I'm supposed to be adult enough to leave them alone but it's chocolate. Just need to work harder in the am walk.

Well the last weekend of 2009 in the books. A long night at work. Some rea; jerks out there, thought there might be a full moon or something but just real jerks showing there true colors. Thank everyone who commented on earlier blogs. Well pretty tired blog later.

Yea that's right no rest for the wicked, and the a#$%^@ did not let up either. Not sure what I'm going to do but need to have it out with one of the customers who come in he's very negative and a real downer. Well did great all day until it came for dinner tonight with the leftovers, Will be glad when there gone . I know I don't have to partake but there so good.

  Don't be too hard on yourself: guilt serves no useful purpose. Just set yourself up for success. Prepare your meal in advance, so when you come home from work it''s ready right away. Prepare your healthy snacks too. Fresh fruit is always good, and so is non fat yogurt with some fruit and SPLENDA, KRAKUS POLISH HAM is very good and has hardly any calories. There's lots of stuff.

WELL THANK GOD I GOT MY WALK IN THIS MORNING. DID PRETTY GOOD UP TIL WE SAT DOWN THIS AFTERNOON AND ATE DINNER. I DRANK LOTS OF WATER BEFORE HAND BUT WENT OVER BOARD ON THE APPLE PIE. OH WELL TOMORROW IS ANOTHER DAY AND THE EARTH WON'T END TONIGHT. SORRY FOR THE CAPS MY KEYBOARD IS GOING WACKY NO CAP LOCK ON.
