A busy day

Day started early with Breakfast at the post. Went pretty well was slow though. Work was real slow for a while then it picked up. Eating so so not real good. Hope you all had a great weekend I did. Spent some time with Bella Nancy's granddaughter and what a kid for a almost 2yr old. Lots of fun.

Today was a good day. I got my walk in this morning and some extra steps when we went shopping. Overall did ok eating today. For dinner I Grilled Pork steak marinated in Balsamic vinegar, EVOO,Ground ginger powder, onion powder and white pepper. We did a baked potato with this for dinner. Well hope you all had a great day good night.

Nancy and I got to go to the beach today since she had the day off. Got lots of extra steps in around two miles worth walking on the beach. Eating not the best but I didn't care tomorrow is another day. it was nice to spend the day with someone you care about. The water was warm and the sun hot, Oh btw we went to New Symrna Beach in case you were wondering. It's only about an hour and 15 minuet car ride from where we live. Saw some weird Jelly Fish though they were huge. I've seen small ones before but not the size these were. We I'm bushed tonight with all the fresh air and surf. Will sleep good. Hope you all had a great day more tomorrow.

Yea another Friday night and here I sit. I guess better here than somewhere else eating. At least here I'm learning not to do the bad habits of my past. Well had a great night at work. Good day eating at the top of the range but lots of steps to kinda offset. Good night all.

This seems to be the question I go through each night when I get home. I guess I need to start eating better things than my fruit for dinner. Hope you all had a great day good night.

    You're obviously getting the munchies cause your body needs to replenish used up energy!

Eat like a King in the morning,
A Queen at lunch
and a Pauper in the evening!

Because you need loads of energy as you wake up to face the day, a good top up to keep you going but just a little snack in the evening so that excess doesn't turn to fat while you sleep!

Tip - if you can eat a healthy snack of carbs at night, this will help your body to relax and sleep!

Don't go without food or your body will rebel - all that good workout and exercise will be wasted because your body will turn your protein (muscle tone) into fat to convert to energy!!

Eat up and eat well

    I can identify with this. Here I sit, eating strawberries and tapioca for dinner.
I had a reasonably good day, and am looking forward to going to bed. Night night.
