To eat or not to eat

This seems to be the question I go through each night when I get home. I guess I need to start eating better things than my fruit for dinner. Hope you all had a great day good night.

    You're obviously getting the munchies cause your body needs to replenish used up energy!

Eat like a King in the morning,
A Queen at lunch
and a Pauper in the evening!

Because you need loads of energy as you wake up to face the day, a good top up to keep you going but just a little snack in the evening so that excess doesn't turn to fat while you sleep!

Tip - if you can eat a healthy snack of carbs at night, this will help your body to relax and sleep!

Don't go without food or your body will rebel - all that good workout and exercise will be wasted because your body will turn your protein (muscle tone) into fat to convert to energy!!

Eat up and eat well

    I can identify with this. Here I sit, eating strawberries and tapioca for dinner.

Well another week started and it's still slow at work. Can't wait for the snowbirds to get back. Day went well got good walk in this morning extended back to where it was 66 mins. Hope to keep it there for a while maybe even expand on it some more. Eating well under and tracked everything that went into m7y mouth today. Well hope you all had a great day and better week good night.

No walk this morning , took the day off. But did get about 30 walk in at the Trout Lake Sanctuary. It was nice walking through the swamp out to the lake on trails. Got some pictures haven't looked to see how they cane out yet. Had marinated boneless chicken breasts in White Wine, Balsamic Vinegar with salt, pepper garlic and onion powder for 3 to 4 hours. Then I BBQ'd them out on the grill came out great. Well gotta go good night.

A quite day, Again

The day started out great with getting my walk in and not giving in and staying in bed or shortening my walk more. Sitting here waiting for Nancy to go to a viewing for her friend and watching her try and decide what to wear. As you can tell amused easily. Well more later bye.

    You sound a bit bored here? - are you sticking with the same walking route all the time or are you managing to try different places sometimes?
