The day got started with my walk short but fulfilling. Then went to cut down a couple of trees for my mom. Now that was exercise. For the day got 13159 steps in so far. Since I've registered my steps for the day whatever I do for the rest of the night are bonus. Well made a very good dinner tonight healthy veggies, Pork Steak cooked on the grill with just onion & Garlic powder and pepper. Baked some onion rings and just had 6.
