A good day

We were busy tonight which was a good thing. Day went well for the first day back to my regular walk in the morning. I actually got more than 11000 steps in today. Knee feels real good now we'll see in the morning. Well guess that;s all for today hope you all had a great day also.

Day was just ok at work, not to slow and not real busy. Eating today was over but knew it would be. Nancy and I went to DQ for lunch and had my standby Double cheeseburger and small fry. Well no walk today but back at it in the AM. Not much else hope you had a great day, Good night.

Well it's sunday night for me. Where did the weekend go. Didn't do much maybe that's why it seems to have gone so fast. Nancy is doing better after her Gallbladder surgery. Though I had really gone over my eating today until I tracked everything and I was still right on. Good night all.

Pretty quite today took Nancy with me to the farmers market. This was her first time out kinda movin slow but it was good for her to get out. We got some sweet corn, peppers, grapes. blueberries and raspberries, bananas and baking potatoes. It really is slimmed down now that the snow birds have gone back north. Got my walk in this morning and the weather was great nice and cool if you can say 72 at 6 am is cool. Well to be honest the humidity was way down and that is what made it so nice.
