Took today off since it was Sunday and my knee hurt pretty bad last night. Well this morning it was better but still not right. As the day went on it got worse had to take some pain pi;;s they helped a little, Still worked through it limped off and on pretty bad. Tried to have a good time of r my customers sake. Well hope you all had a great day good night.

I know it's early on a Sat night but I'm still tired. Want to put my head on my pillow and get some ZZZZZZ's. Well day went not too bad we had installation for our new officers tonight. Have felt tired all day and I slept good last night. Not sure what's up. Hope you all had a great day good night

Well I'm supposed to be off but when I start to think of what I want to accomplish today I wonder. Need to go get my supplies for tomorrow nights dinner yea it's my turn in the barrel again at the post. Want to get out to the farmers market for some more steps. Think I'll need to get a nap in some time since the neighbor air conditioner is acting up and making some real strange noises and it woke me and Nancy up around 3 am. Wanted to go out and turn it off but haven't done it yet. This may not be all but it's enough. May not seem like much to some of you.

Yea day went to hello this afternoon for lunch. I went to DQ and had the Mushroom Swiss sandwich not thinking about the calories. Well when I was leaving I check the board and was flabbergasted at the calorie count 680. Well Nancy and I had plans for getting something to eat after she got out of work and before I went to my meeting tonight. Well this time we did eat smarter. We split a order of peal and eat shrimp and then a turkey wrap. Well I went and got my Ponytail cut off and what a reaction I got. You would have thought I really did something special. Well I guess everyone liked the change.
