Well end of a pretty good week. Got walk in 4 of 5 days with the one off day planned. Eating on the other hand is sort of out of control. What I mean is that with my schedule I have not been able to get a handle on "snacking" My snacking goes on when I'm driving from one Bldg to another at work. Snack are somewhat healthy Fiber One 90 cal bars or the 149 cal and the quaker 90 cal bars. What is going on is that I go from 2 am to 13 usually before eating an actual meal. I use the bars to take the edge off being starved. Afternoon snacking is bad some days too. The only saving grace is that I walk a lot 16K steps each day and that is just what my pedometer tells me about and I know it misses a lot of steps.
