OK, I'm not a big blogger, but I have to say this is getting harder. When I started SP, I had to learn how to balance my nutrition and stay in my ranges. The weight started coming off. I even got to the point where I would have to snack in the evening when I was not hungry to make sure I had enough calories etc. Now I'm down to the last 5 pounds and I'm stuck. A friend of mine is in the same place. We are fighting to lose that last 5 lbs.
I'm having a problem stepping up the exercise. Part of it is motivation and part of it is a busy life. However, I know I need to step it up. I have entered a fitness challenge in the gym at work (how convenient is that?!) and need to perform for the team. We are defending our trophy from last year. I guess I'm just coasting a bit because I've come this far and I'm almost done.
I need to push just a bit more. When I hit that goal, then I can maintain. I've obviously figured out how to do that pretty well.
