Woke up this morning to a morning low of 22 degrees! That's just so wrong even for here in northwest Florida panhandle. It certainly gave me a push to get my morning walk done in a brisk fashion as I insist upon wearing shorts so the legs got a bit chilly! I do enjoy reading the various articles available here at SparkPeople and seeing how others are doing.
Time to make lunch and go for another short walk. I'm gradually building up my stamina so I take daily frequent but short walks and try other forms of exercise such as the bands I bought yesterday. Watched Nicole's video on how to use them and gave it a try. I've got a long way to go for my long term goal but I've already lost five pounds as of last week and I've decided to do a slow weight loss program as I also try to ramp up my developing exercise program.
