Woke up feeling great this morning. First thing I did was go for a brisk walk around the neighborhood. Its still cold in my part of Florida so that help spur me on. Felt like having soup for breakfast. Not my usual fare but I do occasional have it rather something cold. Checked in with the Spark and read a lot of wonderful articles and e-mails. Reviewed the suggested cardio demos to make sure I was doing it right. Finally did all my sets of the various exercises without having to take a long break inbetween. Guess I'm getting stronger. Weighed myself this morning and was glad to see I'd lost. I know I shouldn't be disappointed or excited by a number but it too soon to see my clothes feel loose or waist reduction. Looking forward to a good evening bowling with my league team. Tonight is position round so we'll either move up or stay the same but we're sufficiently ahead of our nearest competitor that even if we lost all our games and they won theirs, we'd still be ahead of them. Got one more short walk I want to do before dinner. I can only do short walks throughout the day but the steps do add up. I really enjoy seeing the number on my pedometer increase throughout the day.
