24 Days of Less Than 130 CarbsWednesday, March 09, 2011
So far it seems to be going really well. I have not dropped a tremendous amount of weight, darn it not losing all that water! I am down 2.8 pounds since Feb 14. That is 2.8 pounds in 24 days. Not to shabby for some one that is only about 10-15 pounds from goal :0) ![]()

Hi Frogfarm! Now I REALLY want to go on over to MDA and see what's going on. Keeps my mind off the train wreck happening here. (a note to the monitors: that was a joke. There is no real train.)

I had an account here a while back when I was tracking food, but after reading your MDA rants I just recently checked out Becky Hands' forum posts. After all this time it shouldn't be this shocking and depressing, but I'm still flabbergasted that any "health professional" can say things like "it is very dangerous for diabetics to not eat carbs" and not have their face crack open from cognitive dissonance. Then again, "it is impossible to teach a man something when his salary depends upon not understanding it."
