I have tried to start getting fit for a few months now, but things keep getting in the way! I joined a gym last week but haven't been able to go not even once. I try to go for a walk - even for 5 minutes, but am too lazy, or too tired or too busy or, or, or,,,, there is a reason (or an excuse) always
I have also started to "stuff myself" for no apparent reason - except maybe because I feel stressed from work and life in general - and maybe because I am afraid to start a new lifestyle (getting fit)
this is getting me more frustrated at myself and scared that I might get sick because I am not taking care of my health
Any suggestions???
