Two days late but here i am. My weight has ben going up and down between 4 lbs all week, but has not dropped below my lowest weight tracked on here yet. I am still doing the couch to 5k but keeping it at 15 mins instead of 20 right now. Today i started exercises here at home with the exercise ball, two sets 7 different exercises. I need to get my body moving. I am starting the atkins diet plan thursday when I go graocery shopping, will see how that works out. 83 days till our trip so we will see if I can drop 30 lbs by then.
