Really need to get serious about losing weight. my daughter has a cheer comp in Virgina Beach in July and do not want to parade around in my bathing suit weighting 225.
With working 30 hours a week and going to school full time, its hard to fi in time t for exercise. So I have decided to hit the school gym between classes the days I am here, eat more healthier foods and move a lot with the preschoolers I teach.
It has always been had for meto lose eve when I am dong ht things. I need lots of encouragement and hope to get that through the BLC chanllenge I signed up for.

all great ideas. i workout with leslie sansone 3 days a week.

i burned more than 400 calories during a 3 mile walk,at 15 minutes a mile yesterday.

maybe exercise dvds would be a way you could get in your exercise.

Tomorrow I start with the Teal team on Biggest Loser here on SP. I also start a challenge for 12 weeks to move at least 20 mins a day. hopefully i will lose some weight now and be motivated to do so. I was down 4 lbs but right back up now to where i started. I just cant keep it off. 77 days till my trip to disney and really hooping to drop 30 lbs I can do this

Two days late but here i am. My weight has ben going up and down between 4 lbs all week, but has not dropped below my lowest weight tracked on here yet. I am still doing the couch to 5k but keeping it at 15 mins instead of 20 right now. Today i started exercises here at home with the exercise ball, two sets 7 different exercises. I need to get my body moving. I am starting the atkins diet plan thursday when I go graocery shopping, will see how that works out. 83 days till our trip so we will see if I can drop 30 lbs by then.

I think i am going to put a new blog up every Sunday with my progress and ups and downs. I have lost 1lb. but goinged 2lbs. I am starting tomorrow the couch to 5k program and I have printed out some other exercises to do at home that I will do the other days. Will also start watching what I eat adn eat less. Going to give up soda and drink more water. My goal right now is to lose 30 lbs before we go to Disney World December 19. That is 93 days away. I can do that lol. As long as i have people to encourage me and route me on. I don't have any family around and my husband is tried of me starting weight loss and givign up. I would like him to see this is simportant to me. I want to be able to runa dn play with the kids without feeling like i am dieing. I want to be able to buy clothes the womans section not the plus section. I am a size 20 and would like to fit into a 12/14. I want to lose 70 lbs all together.
