This cold/sinus/allergy.. whatever it is is not helping. I felt bad yesterday but I made myself do a little exercising, not the cardio I wanted to do but I did some squats and lifted a little weights.

I did exercise yesterday even thought I didn't feel that great. Did 25 minutes of step on mom's Wii Fit and then exercises dumbells at home.... Then i took some Benedryl and it knoked me out, I'm still tired today but I will exercise when I get home

    Just be careful when exercising when tired as you are in danger of doing more harm than good. Listen to your body and do what you can when you can. Good luck, hope you feel better soon

I did not get in my cardio yesterday emoticon I did get up this morning and do a few strength exercise and WILL do the rest tonight. emoticon I just need a day off last night.

Weekend.....

Well I didn't do good this weekend with eating. I did exercise Friday but that was it. When i got on the scale this morning I just knew I gained a pound or two emoticon but I lost .6... Too funny. I will try to get back on track today but I have a pinched nerve or something in my hip so not sure how much cardio I can get in when it hurts to walk...

yesterday was my cardio day, I had all intentions on doing a walking DVD when I got home from work but instead I just played Wii. I did it for about an hour but I still feel like I need more cardio. And then this morning I just did a few stretches and some squats.....
