Well, it's been a while since I've been here again. I didn't completely stop eercising but was nowhere where I wanted to be with it... For the last 2 days I have been exercising and getting in some needed cardio. I really kicked it up when I had to shop fro a dress last week and couldn't stand the way I looked in the mirror and none of the dresses I liked fit emoticon emoticon I have to get rid of this stomach by May 29th, when I have a wedding to attend.

    I know what you mean! Just the thought of warm weather coming makes me nervous. I can barely fit into my "fat" clothes right now. But look on the bright side. We're all in this together, and together we'll lose the weight and be beautiful. Hang in there!

This cold/sinus/allergy.. whatever it is is not helping. I felt bad yesterday but I made myself do a little exercising, not the cardio I wanted to do but I did some squats and lifted a little weights.

I did exercise yesterday even thought I didn't feel that great. Did 25 minutes of step on mom's Wii Fit and then exercises dumbells at home.... Then i took some Benedryl and it knoked me out, I'm still tired today but I will exercise when I get home

    Just be careful when exercising when tired as you are in danger of doing more harm than good. Listen to your body and do what you can when you can. Good luck, hope you feel better soon

I did not get in my cardio yesterday emoticon I did get up this morning and do a few strength exercise and WILL do the rest tonight. emoticon I just need a day off last night.

Well I didn't do good this weekend with eating. I did exercise Friday but that was it. When i got on the scale this morning I just knew I gained a pound or two emoticon but I lost .6... Too funny. I will try to get back on track today but I have a pinched nerve or something in my hip so not sure how much cardio I can get in when it hurts to walk...
